I go with my lantern and my monkey tooth friends with me...
Did you know that a lion, a bird and even an elephant are hiding in an empty shampoo bottle? No, then take a closer look!
What do I need for a lantern?
Empty, transparent shampoo bottle (in orange, red or blue)
Clay paper in different colors
Scissors and glue
Wire, pipe cleaners and beads
Small LED light
Affenzahn lantern template
1. Print out the lantern template and choose an animal that you would like to make. Either transfer the individual parts onto colored paper or cut out the areas directly from the template.
2. Take the empty shampoo bottle and cut off the top part according to the template. Ask your mom or dad to help you with this step, it can be a bit tricky! Now there are two small holes missing on the top left and right for the lantern handle.
3. Attach a piece of wire approx. 25 cm long to the left hole, thread colored beads onto the wire and attach the other end to the right hole. Alternatively, you can also use a pipe cleaner.
Hooray, fall is here!
The leaves dance cheerfully and colorfully from the trees.
