So that we had a good template for drawing the monkey tooth animals, I took a screenshot of the animals on the monkey tooth website with my cell phone and printed it out. This allowed my children to study the animals in detail and draw a template on the woodcuts with a pencil.

Then we started painting. We like to use acrylic paint as it covers well and the colors mix together wonderfully. Now carefully paint the pre-drawn areas with the main color of the animals. Depending on the animal, you may need to let them dry well so that you can then paint on the dots, for example, with the second color.

Then cut out the eyes, ears and other small details of the animals from felt and stick them on with craft glue. We made some details, such as the deer's antlers, out of glittery pipe cleaners and attached them with hot glue. After all, Christmas should have a bit of sparkle and glitter!

Make a small loop with the ribbon and glue it to the back of the pendant with the hot glue. You can then hang it up as a decoration.

And now, have fun hanging it up and have an animal-themed party!
